BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS AT THIS YEAR’S GALA!
RPS hosted the Annual Fundraising Gala on Thursday, October 3rd and it was a night to remember for sure! We made THREE BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS at this year’s Gala and we want to be sure everyone knows what God is doing at Richland Pregnancy Services!
Our Building is Paid Off!
It was so hard to keep this a secret for 7 months as we waited to make this announcement at the Annual Fundraising Gala! On March 10, 2024, RPS paid off the mortgage on our building! What was supposed to take 19 years to pay off was done in 12 years, thanks to your amazing support!

We “burned the note” at the Gala!

Options Counseling for Men!
Historically, at Richland pregnancy services and most pregnancy centers throughout the country, when a woman comes in for a pregnancy test and the father of the baby comes with her, she is offered services including a free pregnancy test, options counseling which means we get to talk to her about what she is considering for this pregnancy, she gets all kinds of information and education about her options and how we can support her. she gets a “love box” that tells her about a bible study group for single pregnant women, she gets an invitation to have a free ultrasound and is offered the opportunity to participate in mom-to-mom mentoring.
During all of this time the father of the baby is seated in our lobby. Alone. He may be processing just as many emotions as she is…fear, questions, maybe even anger.
With your help we are going to change that! We already have an incredible fatherhood mentoring program that has been going strong since 2007, thanks to your support, and we are now launching options counseling for men! From the moment he walks in the door he will be offered support, education and information, just the same as the mother of the baby! He won’t have to wait until she chooses life to get started with a dad mentor. He will be invited to talk with a male Client Advocate while she is talking with her Client Advocate and awaiting the pregnancy test results. He will have the opportunity to process his thoughts and emotions in a safe, supportive, life affirming environment.
We know that, according to Care Net research the father of the baby is the greatest influence on a woman’s decision to terminate her pregnancy or to carry her baby and choose life. With your partnership we are going to empower him, at the earliest possible moment, to speak support, hope and life into the woman carrying his baby.
Abortion Pill Reversal!
This year’s Gala speaker was Dr. William Lile, The ProLife Doc! He was phenomenal! He shared stories about how the medical world is treating TWO patients in the operating room by performing procedures, including heart and brain surgery, on a baby in the womb! His motto is “a patient is a person no matter how small!” Dr. Lile took us to medical school and taught us a great deal about the abortion pill and how it works. The abortion pill now accounts for 63% of all abortions. Did you know the effects of the abortion pill can be reversed if a woman changes her mind? 
Richland Pregnancy Services is beyond excited to announce that we will become a consulting center for women seeking to reverse the abortion pill! This means that if a woman has chosen to have an abortion and taken the first abortion pill, RPS will be able to assist her in reversing that process and potentially saving the life of her child!
We are so incredibly excited to add this to our list of free services offered at RPS.
