RPS Board Vice President - Pastor Raymond Cochran, Jr. - Pastor - Oasis of Love Church

Elder Raymond Cochran, Jr. serves as the senior Pastor of The Oasis of Love Church in Mansfield, Ohio. Elder Raymond was born and raised in Mansfield and graduated from Mansfield Senior High school in 2002. Elder Raymond graduated from The Ohio State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Resource and Financial Management. Pastor Cochran began ministry in 2011 and became an ordained minister in 2012.  In 2013 Elder Cochran would become an ordained Elder.  In January of 2017 he was installed as the assistant Pastor at Oasis, later becoming the Senior Pastor in 2019. In 2018 Elder Raymond married the love of his life First Lady Rebecca Cochran and they serve in ministry together at Oasis. In 2022 they welcomed the addition of their twin babies Layla and Raymond III. In 2025 they welcomed their third child Isabelle.

Elder Raymond Cochran, Jr. is a family man who enjoys people and serving in the community. In his spare time he loves to watch and play sports. He also enjoys traveling with his wife and kids and visiting with the elderly.

RPS Board Secretary - Sarah Boronka – Owner, Tucker Creek Farm

As a mother of 3, Sarah is passionate about supporting women in their motherhood journey and helping them find abundant life in Jesus. She attends the Apostolic Christian Church in Mansfield. Sarah, along with her husband, owns and operates Tucker Creek Farm in Lucas.

RPS Board Treasurer - Tom Cunningham - Retired - Mechanics Bank

Tom resides in Mansfield with his wife of 44 years, Diane. He graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Akron and is a CPA with over 40 years’ experience.  He recently retired from Mechanics Bank after serving as their Controller. Tom has previously served on the Richland Pregnancy Services Board of Directors. Tom and his wife, Diane, attend Grace Bible Church in Lucas.

Dr. Bruce Grund, MD - Retired

Bruce is a retired physician from Ohio Health (Mansfield Family Practice). He received his BA from Cornell University, Masters of Physiology from George Washington University and his MD from Medical College of Virginia. Bruce is passionately pro-life and desires to use his time in retirement to glorify God.

Bruce and his wife, Faye, have four children and worship at Berean Baptist Church.
